Café da manhã muito bom, localização boa, o hotel oferece gelo e possui lavanderia para os hóspedes, Porém, o microondas da cozinha não funciona e não tem luz de teto no quarto.

Hotel honesto, estilo suites com quarto,mini cozinha. Camas muito confortáveis. A limpeza é feita diariamente. Café da manhã meio basicão , mas resolve .Boa opção se o valor estiver abaixo dos U$90. Caso contrário há opções melhores como Staybridge, Residence inn ou Homewood.

Lamentável! Funcionários descorteses na recepção, vazamento de água no banheiro, problemas em todos os elevadores durante 1 dia, troca de apartamentos por problemas de infraestrutura e, para fechar com chave se ouro, sem ar condicionado por pelo menos 1 noite. Vejam a solução do hotel para o calor do quarto! Em resumo: NÃO RECOMENDO ESTE HOTEL. NUNCA MAIS!

O atendimento é incrível, todos os funcionários são extremamente educados e atenciosos. As refeições também são ótimas, e praticamente não existe repetição de pratos. Os quartos são muito confortáveis e baste completos, com uma cozinha, uma lava-louça, uma geladeira, uma sala e um quarto, com duas camas, duas televisões e um banheiro com uma banheira. São três andares de quartos, e muitas vagas de estacionamento. O hotel também possui internet gratuita e canais à cabo.

Um ótimo custo benefício. Quartos limpos, bem equipado, cozinha atendeu minhas necessidades. Para o que se propõe achei excelente. Café da manhã satisfatório e incluso na diária. Estou hospedada com minha família e muito bem instalada.

Quartos espaçosos,com cozinha completa e os acessórios necessários, fazem deste hotel mais otima opção para famílias. Café da manhã muito bom, estilo americano. Poderia ter mais frutas. A equipe do hotel é cordiale prestativa. O quarto poderia ser mais iluminado. Mais um abajur resolveria o problema. Vou manter 5 estrelas pois são questões pontuais e fáceis de serem resolvidas.

Hotel maravilhoso, conta com piscina, academia, 2 elevadores e uma ampla recepção. O quarto é maravilhoso,amplo,banheiroe chuveiro separados da pia e conta com cozinha completa, da maquina de lavar louça a cafeteira. O café da manhã e excelente, muito bem servido e variado. Internet com boa velocidade. Amplo estacionamento. O que mais impressionou é que a estada foi uma permuta e o quarto era maravilhoso.

Muy limpio buena atención

Recently returned for our second stay here with our last stay being before Covid. This time things weren’t as good as our previous visit. This time we experienced cockroaches in our room a couple of times and whilst the maintenance guy was apologetic and came with a can of bug spray we still had more in different parts of the room. Breakfast is pretty much the bare minimum with the cooked offerings being three items which change each day, bread which is a little stale and a few mini pastries. Things are then closed up bang on the dot for end of breakfast regardless of whether people are still at their tables. Given the breakfast area can restrict access it seems poor to be packing up whilst people are still eating. Housekeeping was poor. They’ve reduced it to once every four days apparently but we didn’t get that much service. We ended up overflowing bins and needing to ask for our room to be attended to. The room was very tired as well with fraying carpets and some carpet staples not quite safe with sharp edges poking out as our 18 month old hurt her foot. The sofas in the room are incredibly uncomfortable to sit on as well and everything was covered in hair… not quite the intense cleaning claimed due to Covid which at this point just seems to be a catch all excuse for poor service and cost cutting whilst charging more. The location however is good with it being very close to Disney property. I doubt we’ll return to this hotel again unless it has a big refurbishment.

The reviews for this hotel scared me before arriving, but we had a pleasant stay! We stayed for one night in the king suite that had the pullout bed and kitchen. Everything was clean, there was a lot of space, the kitchen came stocked with plates and utensils, and the king bed was comfortable. For $100/night, we could definitely overlook the slightly lumpy sofa bed and dated furnishings. It was clean, affordable, and we had no issues while we were there. The front desk staff was welcoming and kind. The location was fantastic for our Disney Springs trip.

This is a great place if you don’t care about how the room looks or if the pool is not necessary. I went here with my wife a few weeks ago and the shower curtain had a few rips it in when we got there and the pool was very dirty. With so many other hotels nearby we will for sure be staying somewhere else next time we are in the area.

I actually worked at the hotel, I made sure everything was spotless clean and fresh fully smelled great. I greeted everyone on the way in as well ghe way out. I order so hard and every guest loved my energy and positive vibes, I was terminated from my job because I pointed out the roaches and bed bugs. I was to mind my business and was not suppose to comment about Co workers drinking on the job, reason why rooms didn't meet the cleanliness offered. I was sadden and surprised to be terminated although I did my job to the best of my ability. I will never have any friend or family member book there again. Not fair but I bet it's not as clean as I kept it anymore. 💯 truthfulness

Overall our three nights stay at this hotel was okay. The carpeting and furnishings and some of the fixtures indicate that it has been a while since this hotel was refurbished. We had an issue on arrival night with the tub faucet, but the manager on shift sent up a maintenance person immediately who resolved the problem. Overall there is a lot to like about the hotel: ample parking, huge suites, and an excellent location if you are going to Disney in particular. We found the beds surprisingly very comfortable. The staff was also helpful and friendly. However, slightly better cleaning practices would help the appearance of the rooms as there was a lot of dust on top of the refrigerator and a plastic spoon by the chair in the bedroom when we arrived. The hot breakfast was included in the price, but unfortunately was very underwhelming. With just a soft goods update including furniture and carpeting, and a deep cleaning, this hotel could be a real stunner. But as-is it still fits the bill and provides good value.

Great experience room was clean and quite nice.Kitchen was clean and living room was nicely furnished.Breakfast each day was a little different so you were eating the same day after day and was always good. Great location quiet and nicely landscaped surroundings.

At checkout, I thought a final hotel receipt would be emailed to me, unfortunately this was not the case. I called the hotel to ask for one and they stated that only a supervisor could email a receipt and that I needed to call back the next day. I've never experienced this before at any other hotel. Usually any hotel employee can easily email it without any issues. In addition, I would say the hotel needs to be updated. Our carpet in the room looked weathered and had a few stains. The couch had a few tears. The breakfast was the worst I'd ever eaten at a hotel. The good thing about this hotel is its proximity to dining and theme parks.

Terrible.. La limpieza de la habitacion es cada dos dias.. Me ofrecieron desayuno bufet desde la pagina donde reserve y me dieron un snack horrible..Los muebles de la sala estan viejos.. No te traen articulos de limpieza personal diariamente.. Ni cafe para la cafetera todos los días..

muy buen hotel creo que es un tres estrellas lindo, limpio, buena atención tuve un problema y me lo solucionaron cambiándome de habitación ubicación excelente cerca de todos los parques el mas lejano 18 minutos en auto. la pile chica pero no hay mucha gente en ella ya que la gente esta poco en el lugar asi que el tamaño esta bien tiene tambien un pequeño gym (le faltaria alguna maquina de fuerza o banco y mancuernas) la pase bien y lo disfrute

Fue una gran estadía de 9 noches. Ideal para familias, incluso numerosas. Tiene una habitación bastante amplia con 2 camas King. Por las fotos no se ven tan grandes y pensamos que sería incómodo dormir de 2, pero la verdad son grandes y de excelente calidad. Una gran sala de estar y kitchen totalmente equipado con refrigerador "grandote" (no minibar), cocina encimera de 2 platos (eléctrica). Tiene una cafetera con café, té y endulzantes disponibles, pero en el lobby también hay termos las 24 horas de Café, descafeinado y agua caliente. La sala tiene un sofá cama bastante grande para que duerma 1 adulto o 2 niños. Comedor con 4 sillas. TV en sala de estar y habitación. Nuestra habitación estaba en el primer piso, así que molestaba de noche un poco el ruido del purificador de la piscina parece. Pero créanos que con el cansancio y descanso reparador, luego no se nota el ruido. Respecto a servicios generales destacamos el desayuno, que aunque no mediterráneo o diverso, cumple totalmente con las expectativas. Yogurt, frutas, huevos, alguna proteína por día (pancetas, salchichas, o salsas), pan, jugos, queso crema, mantequillas, donas, entre otros, . La verdad es que bastante bueno. Tiene una lavandería en el segundo piso y cuesta 3 dólares por carga de lavado o secado, donde también tienen las máquinas para las fichas (token) y para comprar detergente. Si van a lavar mucho, quizás te convenga comprar el detergente en supermercado. Piscina genial. Estacionamiento disponible. Para nosotros antes del viaje era un tema el transporte y finalmente decidimos rentar auto, pero es bueno que sepan que hay servicio de transporte a los parques Disney, con horarios limitados de ida y regreso (gratis), y a Universal y SeaWorld pagado (US10). (Dejaré foto con inforrmativo en detalle).Pero lo mejor la atención y amabilidad de las personas del servicio, que en todo momento estuvo atento a nuestras consultas y solicitudes. Gran cantidad de las personas de servicio y Front desk hablan español. En esos dos días tuvimos unas complicaciones de salud con uno de nuestros hijos, y siempre estuvieron atentos y agradecimiento a Andrew por su gran disponibilidad y ofrecimiento ante cualquier situación derivada de la complicación de salud. Si tienen preguntas, no dude en preguntar.

No es un hotel de lujo, pero es muy cómodo. Ubicación excelente. El desayuno es variado y abundante. Presta servicio de transporte a los parques temáticos a sus huéspedes, yparqueadero gracias. Las habitaciones son amplias, con zonas separadas, cocina y comedor.
