“La peor experiencia de un hotel, reservé para dos noches y el día que llego al hotel está clausurado, horas después me enviaron un mensaje de que habían cambiado mi reservación a otro hotel sin haberme consultado y después me cobraron las dos noches. Pésima atención y servicio. Recomiendo no reservar con ellos en ninguna circunstancia.”
