It has been many years since I stayed in one of the Disney budget hotels, and I was pleasantly surprised by the updates. Check in was a breeze on the app and the room was ready when we arrived. The room was immaculately clean and the Disney appointments were tasteful and fun. It's not a huge room, but perfectly adequate. Lighting is good and there are tons of plugs for your electronics. A fridge and safe are provided. Bathroom is small but adequate. There are plenty of cafeteria-style food options. And transportation right to the gate at Magic Kingdom is a convenient plus.

We recently stayed here with my in-laws who needed a handicap wheelchair accessible room. We arrived extremely early for check-in and kindly asked if they had a room available for check in, willing to pay for an extra night to rest because we were THAT early. The front desk cast member was willing to check what they had and if he could check us in early. Lucky for us, they had a non-accessible room to check us into. The next morning, I kindly asked if we could switch to accessible and the cast member didn't hesitate to see what she could do to help us. I was so surprised at their willingness to help. The resort itself was clean, the grounds were tidy, and I found no trash in the hallways and stairwells. Our family has stayed deluxe, moderate, and value. All Star Movies is tied with Beach Club for our favorite resort. The cast members are amazing, the resort is clean and up-kept, and the overall guest vibe is great. A lot of people may worry about the buses. The Disney buses were on time and we only knowingly shared a bus with the other All Star resorts once. Even then, we never had to stand. We actually had terrible bus service at the deluxe resorts in the past AND on this trip. Buses were never a problem at All Star Movies. We will definitely be back again and again!

If you've missed out on the big resorts and find yourself "compromising" for this series of resorts (Movies, Music, and Sports), don't worry too much! Although they're further from the park and only have bus service there, the hotels themselves are pretty cool. Our room was small, but cozy. Everything was very clean and the bed was surprisingly comfortable. They make good use of the small space, so you still have everything you need. I really appreciated that they still included coffee and a fridge. The staff, as typical for Disney, was awesome. I made a stupid, big mistake in our reservation and not only did the check in clerk help, but she put me at ease when I almost started crying over it. I would definitely stay again!

We obviously read some of the reviews before booking, some of them are quite bad, so we went in with low expectations. We were pleasantly surprised. The rooms are clean, simple, and fulfill our needs very well, with a fridge, and a safe. They were cleaned and we were provided with fresh towels every other day, but if we needed anything, we just had to ask, nothing was too much trouble. The staff were fantastic, attentive, friendly and there are lots of them, so you are still too quicker. My one issue is the location. It's out of the way, and getting anywhere means relying on the park transportation or taxi. It would be nice to be able to walk somewhere for alternative food options (the food court is not somewhere I would choose to eat here!).

Good option for a budget hotel. Would have liked to have a microwave in the room for convenience as the main dining area is a bit of a walk esp. with kids. Rooms are a good size, a bit tight when the wall bed comes down but only during bedtime. Bathrooms were clean and functional, no complaints. Room service comes either daily or every 3 days, per your personal preference. Sad thing is magic bands are not free anymore but work well across the resort and parks. Only place they don't work is at the laundrette so be sure to take your debit or credit card with you - no cash. Food options are good for a good court, wish they would change it up a bit but no major complaints at all. Our price was 129$ per night in early October for a preferred room. We were in the Toy Story building, which I highly recommend given it's proximity to the pools, food court, and laundrette. Pool games and other activities were a nice added touch. Loved the movie decor throughout the resort.

No tienen servicio de room service, ni housekeeping. Los cuartos son muy pequeños, la decoración no es colorida, ni llamativa. Si usted va para los parques, considere la opción de quedarse en hoteles fuera de Disney. Es absurdo el trato en este lugar, la limpieza y el aspecto.

As acomodações são confortáveis, mas parecem bem antigas. O banheiro é pequeno e, no meu caso, o exaustor era bem barulhento e sem a opção para desligar pois liga junto com a luz. No restaurante do hotel o preço é proibitivo para quem não recebe em dólar. O complexo em si lembra bem uma colônia de férias. Numa próxima vez, consideraria outra opção de hospedagem.

Hotel com grande estrutura, quartos amplos e confortáveis, banheiros grandes, piscina, sala de jogos, restaurante, loja de gift's Disney bem completa. Atendimento extremamente cordial e dinâmico, conta também com a estrutura de transporte para todos os parques, um grande conforto. Tudo isto por um custo bem razoável. Não é barato, mas pelo que oferece, vale a pena.

Hotel maravilhoso, atendimento fantástico. Quarto super aconchegante, limpo, banheiro cheiroso, roupas das canas maravilhosas. Enfim, ligar mágico e excelente para passar as férias e curtir os parques que estão a menos de 10 minutos. Já fomos uma vez e vamos voltar em breve.

We stayed at this resort in 2011 and HATED it. So going back was not my first choice. However, I was taking extended family so we needed to stay somewhere that met our needs so we chose to try it again. It's a good thing we did! Disney updated the rooms to match the deluxe hotel rooms. It's just they are smaller than deluxe. They are so small that the second bed has to be a Murphy bed. We only needed the one bed so it was plenty of room without the second bed down. Compared to Caribbean Beach, I am willing to stay at All Stars to save money if transportation is not a consideration. These resorts are dependant on having a car or using the buses (Movies is the last stop, stay at Sports for bus priority). The All Stars have better cafeterias. Glad we have these budget resorts another chance! Willing to stay there again.

Wonderful hotel especially considering this is meant to be the budget option. The theming was flawless throughout from the lobby area the the rooms. The pool outside was always busy and was a stunning feature to have.Food in the food court is quick and tasty with there being a decent amount of option for different dietary requirements which is always welcome! Staff throughout the establishment were kind and patient.Shuttle buses from outside were extremely useful and reliable - we were never waiting much longer than 10-15 minutes for a bus and once they arrive they usually leave within a couple of minutes.I would definitely stay here again.

Overall had a good stay. Rooms are a little small but not bad. Was fun to walk around and see all the jumbo sized characters. The staff was very nice and helpful. The only thing I didn’t like was being called at 2:14am in the morning by the front desk. I was told I had a package upfront. Ended up waiting in line for thirty minutes to be handed and envelop with golf tickets, which I had no interest in.

Room was super clean and comfortable! We stayed for 5 days and it felt like home away from home! All staff were amazing and very knowledgeable about the parks! Everyone always had a smile and I loved how they always greeted or acknowledged my son as we walked around in the lobby or the hotel store! Would highly recommend this resort!

El hotel es muy bonito, las habitaciones son cómodas aunque pequeñas, lo que si no me gusta es q no hacen aseo a la habitación ni tienden las camas. La comida no es buena y es costosa. Lo mejor es la entrada anticipada y el transporte gratuito a los parques

Cómodo.La posibilidad de tener los buses para ir a los parques es muy importante.Los restaurantes no tienen una gran variedad de comidas.La limpieza de la habitación esdía por medio y se limita al cambio de toallas y al vaciado de los tachos de residuos.

Sus diseños en los exteriores de las habitaciones muy espectaculares, con Toy Story, Cars, 101 Dalmatas. Tiene servicio de buses para el traslado a los parques.

The resort was good, transportation service to and from the parks were good, but basically there was no room service at all. We stayed for 5 days and we got new towels only once and trash was cleaned only once, room was not cleaned even upon request. We had to use the same towel for days and stay in a dirty room. Did not expect this from a Disney resort. In Disney Parks there is no mask mandate when people are practically sticking to each other in the lines but in the resort they still have Covid rules for alternate day cleaning. When I called guest services from my room for anything I had to wait on hold for 10-15 minutes. They have a lot of front desk people but apparently they are not allowed to pick up calls from the room. If I have to go to front desk it is more than 5 minutes walk. Would really appreciate if management could look into this and make sure other people don't have to go through this. Also when I brought this up to Guest Service Center Representative Jersey at the resort she said she will have the manager call mebut no response. Being in such a service oriented business I would not expect this from Disney Resort.

I was a chaperone on a high school band trip to Disney last week. I originally was not extremely excited to be assigned to the All Star resorts (we were in Movies) ... thinking it was lower quality, but I was super surprised. The room was quiet and very clean. The towels were fluffy, the shower had nice heavy glass doors and classy shampoo, conditioner and body wash containers on the wall. The bed was comfortable and had nice sheets. The hotel restaurants and stores were very nice, with good selections. Nice pools at each hotel. I was happily surprised and enjoyed my stay. Don't worry about choosing the All Star hotel to save a little money... it was really nice.

Pretty good joint for the price. Had the preferred room in the fantasia hotel. Had a Murphy bed which was nice for creating extra space while spending time in the room and there are two pools with one being pretty enormous. Food court area is pretty quick even during the busy hours and you tend to get a good portion for what you pay. Though some of them people working be hooking it up big time, know your server! Would recommend for anyone trying to keep the cost lower while still having a nice place to come back to after long days in the parks and heat.

En toda nuestra estancia, nunca nos hicieronla limpieza del cuarto, la basura la teníamos que sacar nosotros, nunca se acercaron para preguntar si estaba todo bien, nos volvimos a hospedar ahí por el trato de la última vez, y porque festejabamos el cumpleaños de mi hija, pero esta vez, el servicio esta muy mal, no me gustó, perdió la magia.

Ideal para ir en familia, todo muy cuidado, limpio y ordenado. Recuerden comprar el vaso para el refill, ya que una botella de refresco de medio litro cuesta 5 dólares y el vaso cuesta 19 y lo puedes rellenar las veces necesites.Las habitaciones son bastante chicas pero cumplen su función.Muy recomendable.

El lugar es muy ordenado, las habitaciones tienen todo lo necesario y son muy cómodas. El motivo del porque no le doy 5 estrellas es por la comida, son pocas opciones de comida y solo hay comida rápida

El viaje a Disney es un viaje que a primera vista parece muy complejo por la gran cantidad de variables que hay para armarlo. Hay que resolverlas paso a paso, así el resultado será fluido y sencillo. Las grandes preguntas son: ¿cuánto tiempo ir?, ¿cuándo ir?, ¿dónde alojarse?, ¿cómo moverse?, ¿qué comer?. Fuimos antes de la pandemia y salió todo de maravilla ¿Dónde alojarse? En Disney se justifica MUCHO usar sus hoteles: es mucho más útil e intensa la experiencia alojándose dentro de Disney. Vale el esfuerzo. Además, tuvimos las ventajas de: reservar 180 días antes de la fecha de llegada un desayuno en el Castillo de la Bella y La Bestia; 60 días antes reservamos muchos “fast pass”; 30 días antes hicimos el “web check in” en el hotel, esto facilitó el ingreso a la habitación antes del horario de check in “oficial”. Y además contamos con los translados desde el aeropuerto al hotel y desde el hotel a los parques (el auto que alquilamos no lo usamos) Nosotros fuimos al All Star Music, nos alojamos en una Suite Familiar (éramos 5 adultos) y superó nuestras expectativas. (lo único por mejorar es el espesor de los colchones de los sofá-camas que eran algo delgados) Este complejo de hoteles tipo “monobloc”, están rodeados de bosques y cada vez que salíamos, por ejemplo, nos cruzábamos con ardillas que iban y venían.- ¿Cuándo ir? La fecha por elegir dependerá, primero de cuándo uno tiene vacaciones. Pero si pueden disponer de cualquier época del año entonces hay ciertos momentos que NO conviene ir casi BAJO NINGÚN PUNTO DE VISTA. Esto es: durante el verano en USA, porque hace mucho calor y hay mucha gente; las temporadas de mucha lluvia; y los feriados largos en USA ya que aprovechan para ir a Disney. Entonces nos quedan dos momentos que son elegidos por los que vivimos al sur del ecuador. Enero y Febrero (generalmente esos meses tenemos vacaciones) y Mayo porque es primavera en Orlando y se pueden disfrutar a full los parque de agua y los aéreos son más económicos ya que es temporada baja en el hemisferio sur. Nosotros fuimos la segunda quincena de Enero, el clima es fresco en general pero ideal para disfrutar los parques (un mexicano te dirá que hace mucho frio pero un argentino que veranea en la costa bonaerense y se metió en el agua de Mar del Plata te va a decir que el clima está bien, je je) Si les tocan días soleados podrán ir a los parques de agua o disfrutar de las piletas descubierta del hotel, un dato: el agua de las piletas está tibia ¿Qué comer? Teníamos el paquete de comidas incluido. Desayunamos en el hotel y almorzamos en los parques Además con los snacks (amplia variedad: galletitas, helados, rosquillas, frutas, chocolates, dulces, tuvimos para “entretenernos” entre comidas y nos sobró para traer de recuerdo y regalar. La bebida era “canilla libre” en los hoteles y algunos restaurantes, de “la fuente de soda” con gaseosas varias, powerade, te, café, chocolate, hielo, en el baso que luego nos trajimos de recuerdo. La comida es bastante variada, comimos de todo durante los siete días, tal vez algo fuerte para estómagos delicados, pero buscando, hay variedad saludable. La atención del personal fue super amable y eficiente. Mi hija menor pidió el “pin” de Cumpleaños y no exagero si digo que todos los empleados del hotel y de los parques le desearon Felicidades. En el hotel y en varios almuerzos en los parques le trajeron una mini torta con una velita. Esperamos volver pronto.-

I loved it. All the staff from the cleaners to reception to the food hall to the life guards to the shop (Big shout out to Nicole, Viki and the elderly gentleman whose name I regret not getting) were superb and incredibly friendly!The swimming pool was heated which made it a pleasure to get into unlike over here in England. The shop had everything you needed. Don't be like me and not dare ask where things are until like a week in. No question is too much for these people. They are amazing. The food was as expected. Big portions and very tasty! Mobile food ordering was a god send if queues were busy and the pin trading next to it was good fun. Buy a reusable cup from the food hall as you can refill it as many times as you want during your stay.Transport to the park via the coaches was pretty constant and if you have to wait for the next coach it's not that long.We stayed in the 101 Dalmatians section which was clean and quiet and had a drinks vending machine on our floor.The only reason I knocked off a star is that the fridge in the rooms is quite loud but can be temporarily solved by moving it slightly. I'd stay there again if and when I hopefully visit.

Absolutely loved our stay here! The resort is so cute and staff were lovely! Arcade for kids and super cute decor all around the resort! Looking for a awesome value but good quality this is your place! Rooms are a little small but we were not really in them! Just wish they served breakfast a tad earlier, but literally no complaints!

Fazem 15 anos que venho neste hotel com a família. O quarto teve uma mudança com uma cama embutida. Na minha opinião ficou um pouco claustrofóbico. Servicobde quarto a cada 2 dias e não arrumam a cama talvez por conta da pandemia. A porta do quarto além de ser muito pesada está agarrando tanto para abrir quanto para fechar.

Loved this place! Even through tough times with COVID, they really had the place moving like any other day. The bus system is amazing, yes they get packed but what do you expect? The next one comes really fast after the full one leaves. The amenities were amazing and honestly I would always come back just because of the experience and extras. Love the early admin and quick bus rides. Rooms are a bit tight if you are a big family, but a solid family of four or less, you will be comfortable just to sleep... Parking lot had tons of parking and pools had room to enjoy after long days at the park. 10/10 would go again in a heartbeat. Oh yeah, and Virtual everything, didn't have to speak to anyone! Love it!

You get the Disney Resort experience without as much of the insane Disney pricing. The All-Star Movies Resort is labeled as a "value resort", but don't let that deter you from booking there. It is still a very nice Resort (even for 2 adults on a honeymoon). We ended up there after an issue with another resort. The cast members were very friendly and accommodating and went out of their way to try to fix things.

Excelente atención, la habitación limpia y los alimentos bien servidos. Tuvimos un problema con una tarjeta que se nos calló en el aeropuerto y la Srita. Nicole me apoyo mucho hablando al aeropuerto y las zonas de Disney para recuperarla. En todo momento me sentí en confianza en el hotel, la atención muy cálida por parte de todos. Felicito a Nicole, personas como ella debe haber siempre.

Excelente lugar, especialmente para ir en familia...no hay manera de que los niños se aburran, muchas actividades.

O hotel é bom, porém não achei que tivesse grandes atrativos que o diferenciassem dos outros hotéis localizados dentro de Orlando. Tudo no Movies está excessivamente caro para os brasileiros por causa do câmbio do dólar, e o preço deles também chega a ser 4x maior que os preços praticados nos mercados locais. Ficando no Movies, você tem o transporte da Disney à sua disposição, porém eles têm fila no sol (fiquei 1h na fila em duas situações, minha mãe tem idade e passou mal no sol). Os ônibus são mal gerenciados e inflexíveis, houve vezes que passava um ônibus vazio indo para um lugar sem ninguém no ponto, e ele mesmo assim ia embora vazio, deixando para trás outros pontos lotados sendo que ele poderia mudar seu itinerário e levar aquelas pessoas. A política de uso de caneca refil deles é meio confusa, não há instruções visíveis sobre seu uso, e todas as bebidas têm que ser colocadas nela. O refrigerante acaba ficando com gosto de café e vice versa, porque eles não disponibilizam bucha e detergente para lavar as canecas nas ilhas de abastecimento. O serviço de quarto falha na reposição de toalhas, copos, e material descartável. O hotel é bom no geral, mas como eu disse, os serviços disponibilizados dentro da cidade são muito mais baratos e com qualidade superior, além de permitirem passeios ali por perto e acesso ao Walmart e demais lojas do centro. Sugiro que fiquem em hotéis na Disney apenas se o hotel for de categoria superior aos All Star, e se o orçamento não estiver apertado, pois você vai ter que gastar muito mais nele para comer. Em minha opinião, a Disney está deitada em berço esplêndido e não conserva seus parques da maneira como a Universal o faz, de forma que se um dia a Universal lançar um parque voltado ao público infantil para concorrer com o Magic Kingdom, creio que levará boa parte de seu público cativo. Os parques da Universal são melhores geridos que os da Disney, e tratam você melhor nas pequenas coisas, até no tamanho do copo refil, na água gelada dos bebedouros dos parques (na Disney a maioria tinha água quente), na atualização dos brinquedos (os brinquedos do Magic Kingdom são muito antigos e chatos até para as crianças). Não fosse o castelo do Magic Kingdom e a queima de fogos, eles não teriam metade dos visitantes. O EPCOT, que deveria ser um parque do futuro, parece mais um filme retrô dos Jetsons, o tempo passou para ele e o futuro que ele queria mostrar chegou rápido e passou há muito tempo. Os funcionários da Disney em certas situações são grosseiros e tratam mal alguns visitantes que não se comunicam vem em inglês (eu presenciei vários funcionários sendo pouco atenciosos com latinos e brasileiros). Na Universal o tratamento é visivelmente melhor com relação aos visitantes. A Universal está perdendo tempo ao não criar um parque para concorrer com o Magic Kingdom, e se beneficiaria por estar bem mais perto da rede hoteleira do parte central de Orlando.

O Disney's All-Star Movies Resort é um hotel bem localizado para quem vai requentar os parques da Disney. Tem transporte próprio de ida e volta ao Aeroporto e aos parques da Disney. No verão, esse transporte sofre com a lotação de público embora coloquem ônibus extras nas linhas. Como o público está acostumado com as filas no parque acabam suportando a fila para pegar o ônibus. O hotek em si não tem qualquer glamour. Suas instalações são bem decoradas com motivos dos filmes da Disney, entretato a estrutura é bastante simples. Os corredores são de cimento sem qualquer cerâmica ou forração. A limpeza, no verão em razão do grande fluxo de pessoas, não é muito apurada. O Court Food, ou seja, a praça de alimentação privilegia comidas bastante gordurosas. Existem, no cardápio, opções mais leves, mas são poucas. O Plant burger - uma opção vegetariana - demora 20 minutos para ser produzido. Por outro lado, o hotel tem conforto e conveniência desejada.

We loved it. My entire family commented on how nice it was and how easy it was to get around. There wasn't a huge amount of amenities, but it's perfect for people who spend most of their day at the parks. We would stay there again.

All things Disney are a step above but even the mouse is showing the strain of the pandemic. The resort left off my daughter's birthday pin which I had to go to the front desk to obtain defeating the purpose of the checkin by app. Then the resort also did not leave her a birthday surprise in the room (she's 6) despite me arranging prearrival. Perhaps because that was off their room cleaning cycle of every other day. The drink dispensers had 2 of 4 down for the length of our 4 day stay.The remote stopped working in our room day 2.The Magical Express was late on departure and all the Disney buses were delayed, most likely due to a bus/driver shortage since there were a number of 3rd party coaches being utilized.Would I do it again?Absolutely! Disney has, in the past, set a bar for service that puts them a step above the rest and for me, on this vacation, though still magical, that bar wasn't met.

Every aspect of our wonderful vacation experience was ensured by the details daily provided... every detail is maintained; each staff members pride and enjoyment in their work is evident..friendly. accommodating, polite, welcoming..will return and recommend highly.

Overall, can't complain with our stay. Rooms are small, but since we were essentially only there to sleep at night, not too big of a deal. Updated rooms with a fridge was awesome, we were able to buy snacks to have and keep cool in the fridge.My biggest complaint would be that our rooms were cleaned every other day but all they did was switch towells. Beds were not tended to or anything ( but maybe it's some sort of covid protocol I wasn't aware of)Aside from that, staff were great and were tentative to our needs.As a west coaster, this was my first time at Disney world, and while next Time I'll probably opt for something a little bigger to fit my family's need, I would recommend this place to couples or families with 1 kid. It's was pretty cramped with 3 kids ages 9,7,2)

Clean rooms, I like the exterior access.Very close to Animal Kingdom.The main pool is well supervised by trained pool guards.Bathrooms at the pool are well kept, have large showers/changing areas.Also nice is there's lockers available.Another nice touch is the free women's products in the women's bathroom.The grounds are well kept. Food is easy to pre order via the phone app.Only thing I'd recommend is a few shaded seating areas by the bar.

El hotel cumple con las funciones básicas, las habitaciones son pequeñas y es la gama económica de Disney. Son muy amables y el área de comida siempre está limpia. El único detalle es que por pandemia no te cambian las sábanas en toda tu estancia, sólo te vacían el bote de basura cada 2 días.

La pasamos super, el hotel muy cómodo y el servicio de primera como todo en disney.

Great! Since last time we have visited, rooms have been renewed. Great for families!! Children just feel Disney Magic since the beginning!!! We recommend it! We will be back for sure! Covid rules indoors make us feel safe!! A Bravo for that!!! To have the pool with Mickey late in the evening is fantastic. Great time. Some guest are not as nice as they should in front desk...but 90% of them treat us excellent! Make us feel in Magic Disney Negative: parking not included Positive: free bus to every síngle Disney attraction or Hotel. AND NOT CROWDED. ALL SEATED WITH MASKS ON!

Hermoso lugar para pasarlo excelente en familia el personal súper atento lo recomiendo los cuarto grande las camas cómoda los cuartos súper limpio lo único que no me gusto fue que te llevaban toallas pero no limpiaban las camas pero fue todo muy bien mis niños estaban súper feliz de estar hay todo muy lindo y agradable volvería de nuevo 🥰

We have stayed at the All-Star resorts before and I must say that the new renovations were a great addition to our recent trip. The very subtle Disney-themed rooms are what you would expect in a value resort but they're enough to still make your stay feel a little more special. Our overall stay was great and the staff was friendly and helpful as usual but the one complaint I will have is about the Food Court, the Mobile Ordering option is very convenient, however, the images used to for the food items are very deceiving and here are a few examples 1)If you order the Overnight Oats the image is of a full cup but when you actually receive the Overnight Oats. you receive a cup that is half full. 2) The chocolate chip muffin image is of a white muffin with chocolate chips in it, the actual muffin we received a chocolate cake muffin with Chocolate chips 3) The Blueberry muffin image appears to have actual blueberries in it but the actual blueberry muffin we received had non.

Pretty neat hotel! We stayed at the Toy Story section and my 4yr old loved the characters! The only reason I'm not giving this resort 5 stars, is because room service was only provided every other day instead of everyday.. I'm guessing due to manning maybe. Everything else was pretty nice and we loved the convenience of having the shuttles come to the resort! We will most likely stay at the resort again!

Es un hotel sencillo. Las habitaciones no están muy decoradas con temas de Disney. Lo mejor que tienen son las piscinas y los buses que te llevan a los parques

El hotel impecable, al haber venido a fines de agosto no hay tanta gente. La piscina tiene el agua a temperatura ambiente, muy disfrutable. La habitación que no tocó para dos personas es lo suficiente grande y la cama es muy cómoda. No tiene microondas pero si tiene heladera pequeña. El servicio a la habitación y limpieza no está disponible, cuando haces la reserva te preguntan si lo deseas o no, si pones que si, van cada dos días. De todas formas podes solicitar cambio de toalla. En los lugares cerrados hay que usar tapabocas. En la puerta del hotel hay transporte hacia todos los parques de Disney gratis

This a decent hotel with a decent price. Great service with a friendly staff. It’s best to use the Disney App to order food within the hotel. You can eat in the dining area or in your room. It’s definitely worth staying at a Disney Resort. There is a Magic Express bus to pick you up at the airport and take you to your Disney resort. There is also an air conditioned bus transportation that will take you to any Disney Resort or Disney Park. I believe it runs every 10-15 minutes. Beware, the transportation bus will not take you from Disney Springs to a Disney Park. Magic Memory Maker is worth it, especially for 1st time visitors to capture your visit. Look for the camera people throughout the park.

This is great option if you want to stay on Disney property but pay a value price. Food court food options still little bit limited with mobile ordering still in effect. The Arcade is pretty good size for a normal Disney arcade. The room was good because all storage space they created for all your stuff around the room. Main pool is great size easy to get too with restrooms nearby. Towels our also provided pool side and they do have pool bar if you want cold drink. Bus stop was not much of wait for any of the parks during our stay used it all week. All stores our open to 11pm est each night. Overall it’s pretty good option for nice size family.

O atendimento é impecável e tem muitas coisas que facilitam a vida dos seus hospedes! O hotel consta com duas piscinas aquecidas e tem áreas de alimentação e jogos para toda a família! Dependendo do dia você pode chegar uma hora mais cedo no parque ou sair uma hora mais tarde! Tem transporte para todos os parques e também para Disney Springs de graça, e se tiver de carro não precisa gastar com estacionamento nos parques! As compras que você fizer dentro do complexo vão direto para o hotel e você não precisa se preocupar em ficar carregando sacolas! Ficar num hotel da Disney vale muito a pena!

Our room was basically a nicer version of a Days Inn, the neighbors could be heard clearly through the doors (the ones that join the rooms, and the main door), but everything was very clean. The pool near Mighty Ducks was a great option to get away from the crowds, and the bus service to the parks was very helpful. The food left something to be desired for the price we paid, and you have to do mobile ordering which can add 15-20 minutes on to wait times. That said, there are a ton of good options within 5 miles of the resort.

Love love love this resort. Went during covid pandemic, so of course a few things are different (face coverings, arcade closed, no movie under the stars, dining --limited seating due to distancing) but the rooms are renovated beautifully. It has such character and I love the food court on site and the huge swimming pool and gift shop. Disney transportation is the best as well. We will stay here again

Great resort for the price! The pool is great & the themes are fun. The people that work there are awesome! Keep in mind you will do a lot of walking to get to and from the busses and cafeteria. The restaurant they have is super cute, it is the only one on the property and has limited options so bring snacks for your family.

UPDATE 04/2021: Rooms were remodeled and it’s better than ever! In my opinion even better than Grand Floridian given value. When you have kids and you visit Disney the whole purpose of your trip is to see them smiling and enjoying themselves. This is not a luxury resort but instead it has unbeatable gigantic characters that turn out to be amazing for the little ones. My 2 children are 4y and 1y and.... OMG! They enjoyed the amenities and hotels decorations so much. For me, seeing them so happy was priceless and I’m looking forward to go back asap

A great Disney resort! It's clean, bright, inviting and great for kids and families of all ages. Nice to have a late night food option at the food court. The rooms are comfortable and modern with all the expected amenities. I only offer one caution, the resort transit to and from the All Star Resorts seem to be low priority, so just be prepared to wait a bit for the busses. If that doesn't bother you then I would highly recommend booking for your next Disney vacation. 👌

Hotel Excelente. Fiquei 9 dias nesse hotel. Todos os quartos estão reformados e lindos. complexo do hotel maravilhoso, limpo organizado. o Atendimento é impecável. Conta com estacionamento amplo e seguro (pago a parte), me senti dentro da magia Disney o tempo todo de minha viagem. Super recomendo para familias pois os espaços são temáticos e as crianças aman. meu filho ficou encantado com tudo. Amei :D

Adoro esse hotel! Adoro! Adoro! Barato (Dentro do possível dos da Disney) e cheio de coisas legais para fazer! Os cenários também são lindos, especialmente da área de Toy Story!

É o povão da Disney. Quartos baratos, espaçosos, mas o restaurante interno é um grande e caro fast-food. Se quiser comer algo saudável vá a cidade. O ponto positivo é que tem ônibus para todos os parques de graça, então vc economiza nos estacionamentos. É uma forma de compensar o valor do quarto.

Hotel bem localizado, com bons quartos. Fui com minha esposa e filho de 7 anos. Acomodou muito bem todos, com duas camas bem espaçosas. Há ônibus que leva você até os parques Disney. Fomos de carro e não utilizei este serviço. Ponto negativo é a comida do café da manhã. Muito ruim, grande fast food, e cara.

O hotel em si é mto bom, piscinas limpas, áreas de descanso mto bacanas. Já os qtos não diria o mesmo. Hospedei-me na área " Toy Story". Quarto quádruplo mto apertado, banheiro pequeno, quase nada de cabides e armários. Outro ponto não há janelas. Valor da diária bem caro, o programa " dinning plan" chega ser interessante, pq a comida no restaurante não é barata. A experiência é csem dúvida mto legal, pois há transporte para todos os parques e para o shopping " Disney's Springs". Atendimento simpático, mas solicitamos formalmente um funcionário ,no dia anterior ao nosso checkout para nos ajudar com as malas, simplesmente não apareceu ninguém.

The rooms are a bit cramped and the buildings look slightly aged, but each block's unique theme makes each part magical. They attend each room effectively, making sure it's always clean and you're comfortable. The resort includes a mini theater which plays all of your favorite Disney movies along with a food court and gift shop to treat yourself and your family. It's a slice of the happiest place on earth!

If you like to walk a mile to your room.....after you've walked all day at Disney.. .this is the place for you. The rooms are SMALL. The walls are paper thin, so you hear your neighbors conversations and their ALARMS GOING OFF. The only reason I would give it a 1 star is because we ordered room service our first night and the food was delivered fast and hot. It was really good. Will never stay here again.

LOVED IT!!! The buildings reflect some of Disney's most memorable movies. Love how it's designed, with every building leading to a path to the pool. Rooms were very clean, linen was washed and ironed properly (one could tell). Mattresses were very comfortable. The washrooms were very clean too. Got teas and coffees in the room which was great. Next too we're definitely staying here.

5 stars for being one of the budget resorts. We have stayed at nicer ones and you get what you pay for when it comes to the resorts at Disney. If you don't have a limited budget definitely stay at one of the nicer resorts. If you have kids and you just want to sleep at the resort and spend all you awake time at the parks then this is a great resort. Clean, super friendly staff, decent pool. Your bus will be one of the further away when you leave a resort compared to the pricier resorts(not a big deal just a extra 30 seconds walk compared to the fancier resorts).

just returned back after spending a week here and it was hands down an awesome experience with our six year old son’s first time! Olivia at the front desk helped us with our check in and gave us buttons for my husband and son’s first visit to Disney! Check in took all of five minutes and we were provided maps and a run down of things the hotel had to offer. Food was good, we had quick service plan, desserts were our favorite because of all the options 🤤 room was clean and comfortable!! Pool was awesome even on a day where it was 55 degrees out the pool was warmed just right! Gift shop, arcade and theater were cool! The staff here was AMAZING! Not one attitude, anytime I looked confused someone was right there guiding us. Cartoon drawings were there as well! Buses ran smooth and every like 10-15 minutes! Only time we shared a bus with the other resorts were for Disney Springs, ESPN world, water parks and at night sometimes coming back from magic kingdom. We had a really great time and our son didn’t want to leave!
