“I go through the effort to advise them my check in time. The room stunk because the ventilation was shut off and it was 90°F in it I understand the idea of conservation of power. Turning it on an hour prior, knowing when I was arriving, would have been nice and appropriate for a luxury hotel. I had to phone for towels as there were none. There was a coffee maker, cups, sugar, but no coffee in my room. There was no menu or QR code in the room to order food. For having 36 hours in advanced notice the hotel was totally unprepared. I would not recommend staying here. It was close to the airport was the good part”

“Bathroom was not clean. No instructions for room, no instructions for how to call reception and buttons are not working. No water, no fridge, but a coffee machine without cartridge. No adapter for power sockets (10$). No slippers or some sanitary equipment. It says you need 1 minute for "hot water", you need 20 minutes for "warm water" and shower and water outlet is failure. Toilet is leaking.
Only good thing is personnel. They are nice. But rooms need proper maintenance and updates in management. It's like a one night stand hotel.
