“Great location, stunning rooftop pool and view. The service was not fantastic however. We contacted the hotel 3 times before arriving to confirm they had a crib for us, then confirmed again at check-in. We got to the room, and sure enough, no crib. It arrived at 12:30 that night. Other problems included long lines for the only 2 working elevators, and getting charged for drinks we didn't order at the pool bar.”
