Ótima base em Orlando Recomendo! boa localização, bem proximo aos parques, hotel limpo, quartos espaçosos, e bom custo beneficio. Ficamos de carro, fácil acesso para todas as rotas. Quarto com terraço e vista para os fogos.

O serviço é ruim demais da recepção. Carpete cruel de poeira... Café péssimo!

We loved our stay. The pool area is great and we loved the walk in entry for our toddler. And so close to Disney springs we could walk there! The room was updated, clean, and comfortable and the staff we encountered were all very kind and helpful. I would definitely recommend staying here.

We stayed here for a soccer tournament and there was some good and bad. First, the staff was friendly and helpful, they did a great job! The complimentary drink tickets were a nice touch and the food we ordered was really good! It was a very nice, short walk to Disney Springs. You can also see fireworks from two locations at night on the higher balconies which was nice. Now the not so good. At check-in, they tell you to get a complimentary gift in the lobby. So we went, but it ended up being a coupon book. We found the whole interaction strange and honestly a waste of time. We booked two rooms to accommodate our family of five. One room was semi-clean and one was GROSS. It had hairs on the sheets, in the bathroom and even in the fridge. There was a strange white stain on the carpet that we had to cover with a towel the whole trip to not gag. Thankfully, we were not in the rooms often and the balcony was nice to sit on instead of the room. With the good reviews and COVID, I expected a much cleaner hotel.

I stay here nearly every time I come to Disney, typically about once a year. The hotel is fairly nice and a fair price. It has become pretty inconvenient that you need to go downstairs in order to ask for the amenities that you’ve already paid for (like the two bottles of water per day or the coffee for the room’s coffee maker that should be included in your stay) and if you don’t go downstairs to get them then you never see them because they don’t provide cleaning/restocking services daily. In my current trip, the service has been awful. I’ve tried twice to order food and pay for quick snacks at the bar and have been ignored each time. I went to the front desk to try and pay for snacks from their quick service area and was directed back to pay at the bar, where I stood while two or three individuals who arrived after me were taken care of first. I finally put the items back on the shelf and left. I called the front desk to ask if there was another way I could order food and, when directed to the bar again, I told them what had happened and received an “oh no! Sorry to hear that” and no further resolution. So I said, “I guess I’ll just door dash food instead” and received an “oh okay! Thank you”. What a joke. Further, we’ve been here since Wednesday (today is a Sunday) and our first room cleaning/restocking service was today. The restocked items weren’t even restocked where they go (they were in a bag on the desk), one of the beds wasn’t made (potentially because there was a closed suitcase on top of it?), and a pillow was sitting in the middle of the made bed without a pillow case put back onto it (no reasoning for this one). The declining service is not worth the room price when competitors next door are $10-15 more per night and offer significantly better service. What an absolute joke - amenities have now become basically self service (no worries, they’re still a part of your charges) and good luck ordering any quick service items, food, or drinks at the bar. Cannot believe that a hotel that’s a part of Disney’s off-property resorts and reflects their name can get away with offering such poor service.

Having a blast at the convention working with top balloon professionals in the world, teaching and learning with one another as we grow. Venue has been great thus far and staff has been really helpful. Very happy with our experiences so far. Can't wait to finish up the rest of the week. So many cool things planed. Also hoping it warms up so that we can enjoy the pool.

My husband and I stayed here for our ten year wedding anniversary. From the moment I checked in, I was impressed by the professional and courteous staff. Alyssa, at the front desk, checked us in. Alyssa was super kind and even upgraded our room to give us a view of the fireworks at Epcot. The bar staff was pleasant and prompt and the drinks were perfect. Our room was very clean and the beds were super comfortable. My husband sustained an injury at one of the parks while we were there and the staff at the hotel was excellent in providing a wheelchair and helping us check out with ease. I cannot say enough about this hotel. The price was very reasonable compared to the 5 star service we received. We will definitely be back and would recommend this hotel to anyone who wants 5 star comfort and quality at an affordable price. Thank you to all the staff who helped make our celebration one to remember.

NOS ROBARON EN LA HABITACIÓN, me hospedé la semana pasada con mi hermana en este hotel y cuando desempacamos nos dimos cuenta que se habían robado unos audífonos, una gift card muy especial de Star Wars, un cargador y un cinturón. Estamos muy decepcionadas y con el coraje de no habernos dado cuenta en ese momento para que revisaran a las camaristas.No lo reportamos en el hotel por que nos dimos cuenta hasta que desempacamos y no estaban.

We hosted a conference this week that had been postponed 3 times since May 2020 and the IHG Team performed flawlessly. When I arrived, Jay the Valet remembered my name from an earlier visit. Mary (our primary hotel contact) attended every single detail in amazing fashion. I was most impressed by her answering the her phone on the 1st ring every time. The food and beverage quality and service team were first rate. In every single encounter with housekeeping, maintenance, security and valet, food & beverage, I was met with a pleasant greeting and smiling eyes (masks were required). The only problem I had was a stopped up toilet and it was fixed in less than 10 minutes. Yesterday afternoon I met GM Mike at the bell stand and complimented him on his great team. We couldn't have chosen a more affordable, perfect location to host a conference on Disney property. A big Thank You to all of you from the Caterpillar Dealer Customer Experience Community!

Ótimo custo benefício, quarto grande com ótima cama, travesseiros confortáveis e bom chuveiro. Tem cofre, microondas, frigobar e cafeteira com café gratuito pros hospedes. A localização é ótima e os benefícios da Disney ajudam muito (horas extras mágicas, ônibus de e para os parques e principalmente marcar fastpass com 60 dias). Porém achei o quarto um pouco escuro, tem 3 abajures, mas não tem luz no teto, então não ilumina o suficiente. Também incomodou o fato de a saída do ar condicionado ser bem de frente para a cama. Os móveis de madeira tem um pouco de cheiro de mofo, não me senti confortável de deixar meus bens dentro deles. No geral, achei que valeu super a pena.
