I was in Orlando on business and booked this last minute. The front desk staff was so friendly and the hotel had many Covid protocols in place which made me feel safe. My room was spotless and such a comfy bed. Special thanks for Daniel for cleaning my room and bringing me fresh towels. The location is perfect and I had a great experience during my stay.

The hotel was very nice! The beds were comfortable. The shower was amazing, perfect water pressure and it never got cold. The lady at the from desk was very nice and catered to our every need. The adventure park is great,, small but nice. The only negative was that our room was not as clean as we thought. There was a opened fruit snack pack on the side of the bed and a ball of tin foil on the floor. The shower and everything was clean. It said Tonya cleaned our room on the little slip.

The room is great. Breakfast needs some serious work. I asked for water with my eggs and such, I was told "get water from the gym" we don't have any here". Once I located the gym, there were no cups next water cooler. I went back and I was told "just use a coffee cup" banana was lisited as an option. I was there at 645am. The don't have any. Pool looked nice.

Hands down this was probably the best weekend trip that I ever took. The hotel was small yet the perfect size. Prior to arriving I spoke with Janine who took her time to assist me. Janine provides great customer service and made me feel at home.Our room with the King Suite which was perfect and even included a view of the pool. Because of Covid the housekeepers weren’t cleaning the rooms daily unless requested however that was no big deal to me because I made sure to bring cleaning supplies. The pools were wonderful and the bar had plenty of good drinks. I can’t wait to come back in a few weeks.

Place is nice and clean and rooms are comfy. Would be a really good review if I hadn't been woken up at 11:30 in the morning by shrieking alarms due to a fire drill to check safety. I have no problem with the drill but I had just completed a 12 hour night shift and gotten to bed around 10. I was checked in for 2 nights. On check in, knowing that I was not checking out in the morning I should have been made aware of the planned test of the fire alarm system. Instead I was awakened to a shrieking alarm and men banging on the door so they could check the alarm system in the room. It is the little things that set apart good from great and this totally ruined my experience.
