“Cheguei no início de outubro no Royalton Hotel com empresa para negócios pessoais em Nova York.A partir do momento em que chegamos, o concierge e a equipe foram extremamente acolhedores e superaram minhas expectativas em relação ao serviço de hoteleiro. Foram-nos oferecidos garrafas de água de cortesia e assistência com todas as nossas necessidades. Fiquei extremamente satisfeito com a limpeza e o serviço prestado pelos funcionários. Mesmo quando voltamos mais tarde para pegar nossas malas após o check-out com um amigo meu, fiquei - extremamente - impressionado com o concierge que ofereceu para nós três águas de cortesia, que eu achei muito graciosas e elegantes.
