“I was very impressed. To the point hotel. Check in was great. Service was awesome, all smiles all around from everyone. Room was large and comfortable and clean! Especially for a solo biz traveler , the location was spot on for meetings etc. surprisingly, the gym was top notch. The equipment was new and super clear. You get more value than the cost of the hotel. Eu fiquei muito impressionado. Ao ponto hotel. O check-in foi ótimo. O serviço foi incrível, todos os sorrisos ao redor de todos. Quarto era grande e confortável e limpo! Especialmente para um viajante individual de negócios, a localização era perfeita para reuniões etc. surpreendentemente, o ginásio era de primeira qualidade. O equipamento era novo e super claro. Você obtém mais valor do que o custo do hotel.”

“Bellman staff was very helpful! Rooms where decent and bathrooms was still dirty when we checked-in. During the evening no staff was at the front desk and when we ordered food we didn't get notified until an hour after it had arrived. The parking associated with this hotel was a rip off, they tried to charge us $170 for 1 night even do the Hilton site said $40. HGV interest in members falls off after you become a member. They would rather loose members than try to keep the ones they have. I wouldn't stayed here again.”
