“Par un hotel en la supuesta cuidad más visitada de América Latina este hotel es MALO. No por instalaciones. Los empleados son poco amables. Pero es es darles demasiado crédito. Son unas bestias. Ninguno tiene un buen trato. En el horario de la piscina dice hasta las 7 u 8 el sujeto que limpia nos saco a las 6 indicando mantenimiento que NUNCA LO HIZO y pidió que no entremos. El bar es malo y la que atiende es borde. Y si uno se rebaja al nivel de estos sujetos lo que hacen es ser poco profesionales y gritar. No resuelven pedidos, dudas o siquiera algún problema en la habitación. Es caro”
