Waited in line for over an hour to check in to the hotel. It took 20 minutes at the restaurant to be acknowledged. 40 minutes to get a glass of water. Clearly understaffed and untrained employees. Bad experience

We rented 2 rooms for 4 Nights. Hotel was clean, the staff were friendly and helpful, but the beds and pillows were not what we’d expect from a Hilton, and made for not so great night sleeps. Also, we had problems with cold showers, seems like the hot water kept running out.

The hotel badly needs updating. The front office staff is superb. Much better than front office staff at other hotels. In Panama City

The staff was very friendly but the hotel had way too many roaches. The staff tried to accommodate me by giving me another room when I showed them a picture of the dead roach in the first room. Soon as I opened the door to the new room, all the baby roaches tried to run for safety. I decided to leave in the middle night and go somewhere else because I didn’t feel comfortable and requested a refund. I have yet to hear anything back.

Let me preface that I had a free room with points here for two nights, so it’s hard to complain about anything for free. In addition, I picked this hotel because of its proximity to our Avis car drop off which was a 1/2 block away. And it was on our tail-end of our trip so we could regroup before we flew back. All that being said, the hotel was perfect for us. Plus, all the standard Hampton Inn comforts of their cozy beds, which I do love. And a super friendly and over-accommodating staff. Christian Flores who checked us in was so lovely and he went beyond the call of duty when he also placed a phone call for me in a panic when my Spanish couldn’t interrupt a situation. Seriously, he is what every hotel wants in a staff member. Hilton is lucky to have him. We were also greeted by the friendliest cleaning person in Panama when we arrived who was down the hall cleaning other rooms. Her smile and enthusiasm for her job was over the top amazing. And we left her a lovely tip. The hotel seemed to attract lots of tourists with kids, which is not my jam. The free breakfast buffet was packed every day but it did not appeal to us after fabulous meals all over the country. (The eggs were runny and the fruit not as fresh as our other hotels with free breakfasts, so we skipped breakfast entirely.). But it was busy, so this is clearly a picky point of view. Our room was totally fine, except someone forgot to re-install a fire alarm, which was ripped out of the ceiling. I didn’t plan to start a fire, but it certainly makes me feel a tad more secure to see an actual fire alarm. View from our room was lovely. And we checked out the pool before we left but were too busy to enjoy it. Plus it was full of screaming kids, so not relaxing even if we did have time. Free parking for our rental car, which was great. And we loved the local photo scenes around the place that make Panama so unique. Shower was also nice and big. Plus lots of Sink counter space and desk counter space, which is always a bonus. But because this hotel is clearly a tourist location for families, they had private vendors in the lobby selling “tourist packages” to the canal and other locations. These vendors were aggressive and annoying. Feels like a Times Square hustler. My suggestion is to get rid of these vendors. It cheapens the hotel which is an international brand. This part of El Cangrejo is a little more busy and not as residential as well. Again, it served our purpose & the price was right. And if you are a Hilton Rewards member, it will feel familiar and you can get or exchange points like me too.

Não gostei! Café da manhã só com pão de forma?! Maçã só para quem chegasse cedo..... Sómente 1 atendente no balcão para fazer check in, check out, atender telefone, etc.... Estávamos em 3 pessoas e tive que implorar pela 3a toalha de banho e rosto! Não havia travesseiros e cobertas suficientes para todos !

Ótimo hotel. Os quartos são muito amplos e bem organizados. A piscina não é muito grande, mas a área de lazer é bem legal.

Não gostei do café da manhã. Pouquíssimas opções. Fiquei no terceiro andar e o corredor éde carpete, tem um cheiro de mofo insuportável. Não conseguia respirar no corredor. Detestei. O quarto tem um piso pegajoso, esquisito. O banheiro é limpinho, mas minha toalha estava com cheiro de mofo. Pedi pra trocar. E não tinha toalha pra todo mundo. Contudo, a localização éótima e o recepcionista que nos atendeu era muito simpático. Dei 2 pela localização e pelo recepcionista. Ah, inventaram de passar um produto no piso da piscina bem na hora que a gente queria usar. Não podíamos pisar em todo local ao redor da piscina. Bem inconveniente. Poderiam ter feito isso no horário em que não dissenso uso.

Só não ganhou 5 estrelas pela desorganização no check-in, em que não há uma ordem ou fila para que as pessoas aguardem o atendimento. No nosso caso a chegadafoi caótica, com pessoas furando a fila e um assédio de pessoas, aparentemente funcionários de agências de turismo ou transfer, que ficavam colocando seus clientes na frente dos que chegaram primeiro, porém os funcionários do front desk são simpáticos. O quarto era bom, amplo e acomodou bem 2 adultos e 2 crianças. O banheiro é limpo, com uma boa ducha e produtos de toilete da neutrogena. Como passamos uma única noite não fomos até a cobertura para ver ou usar a piscina. Gostamos bastante do café da manhã com pães, ovos, frutas, café, leite e cereais. Atendeu as expectativas dentro do que imaginávamos do hotel, que possui um bom preço.

A localizacao é muito boa, mas para um hotel da bandeira Hilton deveria dar uma melhorada no enxoval surrado e equipamentos de ar condicionado , tive que mudar de quarto e no segundo solicitar assistência técnica. O pessoal da recepcao e muito atencioso e prestativo mas o da limpeza é lento e sem padrão. O café da manhã é muito fraco e se você chega um pouco mais tardea reposição até de pão e demorada.

The visible areas in the rooms were clean, under the beds was disgusting and looked like it hadn't been cleaned in months. The passageways were were hot and stuffy. The water pressure in the showers wasn't great. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Rules like you can only swim for a maximum of 1 hour at are a time are rediculous especially when there is no one else there. Breakfast wasn't great either and was served in a polystyrene take away dish.

The room is spacious and the bed is comfortable. The view we had was not great from the 4th floor. The pool area is nice and the view is much better. The free breakfast in the morning is disgusting.

Someone needs to give Mario at the front desk a raise!! My family stayed the evening there for an over night layover. We parked our vehicles and were super hungry from traveling. Mario got all 9 of us something to snack on and he was so kind and understanding. I have stayed at Hiltons all over over World and know the standard this company expects their staff to uphold. This gentleman excudes the Hilton values of making their guest feel like family and welcomed. It's always a little nerve wracking visiting a new country and the team and manager on duty made us feel welcomed and accommodating. The manager and Mario even went as far to make sure we had breakfast super early in the morning for our drive to the airport. Thank you!

We recently stayed there 10 days in July/2021. Firstly the staff were great, we very much appreciated our interactions with them. We had a handful of issues with the hotel however. The breakfast is almost unedible, undercooked eggs, overcooked vegetables and some mystery food. Secondly the lock on one of our doors, (we had adjoining rooms) was broken the whole time and did not seem to be a concern to them. The maid would sometimes exit using the broken door (therfore, leaving our room unlocked) until we got back end of day. Towels were a scarcity daily. On numerous occassions we asked the hotel to enforce the mask wearing amongst guests, very uncomfortable being in close proximity to others like the elevator that weren't wearing masks, especially with current covid trends in Panama City. The rooms were nice, A/C was great and the rooms clean.

Qué tal hace unos días para ser exacto el día 5 de julio de 2021 tenía una reserva para festejar el cumpleaños de mi esposa con una habitación con cama King que pague por adelantado al llegar al hotel me dicen que esas habitaciones no están ya disponibles que puedo tomar una de dos camas osea las más económicas o si deseo puedo pagar 130 dólares para cambiarme de habitación salí corriendo y bueno espero me puedan regresar el dinero algún día porque como va la cosa no creomuchas gracias Att: Alexander Guzmán

Amazing hotel. Very clean property, I have stayed here on multiple occasions and everything from staff, breakfast, rooms are all outstanding! The gym / machines need a serious change or heavy Maintainence. Rest is brilliant! Recommended..!

Falta muchísimo sentido de servicio al cliente en la recepción, cero trato amable. En las habitaciones no hay ni siquiera agua potable, si la pides te la venden, el desayuno muy malo, el jugo es de bote y el colmo, tuve que reportar una cucaracha en la habitación

Contratamos o melhor quarto do hotel, pra não ter problemas com barulho, mas não teve jeito, teve uma festa na piscina em cima do nosso quarto e só terminou as 3 da manhã. A gnt ligava pra recepção e eles não resolveram absolutamente nada. E não foi só um dia, toda noite eles tinham uma programação na piscina e pareciam que estavam dentro no nosso quarto. O café poderia ter muitas outras opções. A iluminação do quarto era horrível, mas a cama era bem grande e confortável. As camareiras trocavam as toalhas todos os dias e gostamos de ter cafeteira no nosso quarto com café a vontade (normal e descafeinado). Por ser um Hilton, achamos que seria melhor, mas ficou aquém da nossa espectativa.
