O melhor lugar para se ficar quando o objetivo são os parques da Disney, menos de 15 min de qualquer um. O quarto é muito confortável e espaçoso, você pode na parte de serviços do quarto, fogão, máquina de lavar e secar, pia grande, mesa, varanda, etc. Enfim, você estará num apartamento muito confortável.

Problemas com o chuveiro que ficou gelado qd ligamos os dois ao mesmo tempo. Nos deram a chave de outro quarto para tomarmos banho. Recepção só funciona até as 11 da noite, entao após esse horario se precisar de algo vai dar com a cara na porta. Criançada ficou atacada da rinite devido cheiro forte de carpete. Não voltaria não.

Boa infraestrutura para quem viaja em grupos maiores. Apartamentos bem equipados, usamos as máquinas de lavar louça e roupas com frequência e ajudou bastante na viagem. Ótima localização para quem vai aos parques, especialmente os da Disney, todos acessados a menos de 15 minutos de carro. Fica em uma avenida com uma série de opções de alimentação e compras e próxima das principais rodovias de acesso a Orlando

Great for going to Orlando parks. Disney 5-12 minute drive. Universal 23 minutes drive. Internet works acceptable you have to religion each day The apartment was clean, bed comfy enough, great and big spaces. Kitchen equipped with basics to cook Outdoor hot pool was a nice to have to relax after long days at the parks. Bar was closed didn’t find it open in my stay.

The unit was super roomy and clean. The decor could use updating. The couch was very worn. Maintenance needs to address cleaning the ceiling fans but outside of that things were clean. The toilets could be water efficient. The staff is very friendly. All in all it was very nice.

Isa and Daniel were extremely helpful and accommodating upon check in!! The condo is nicely decorated and stocked well with cooking supplies. It’s a great place for a family to get a week away in Orlando. There’s a good chance we will be back!

Apartamento para locação via sites de booking. Sala, dois quartos, dois banheiros, três TVs e até uma varanda bem gostosinha. Cozinha equipada com cafeteira, liquidificador, fogão, forno, microondas, lavadora de louças, geladeira e utensílios. Lavanderia com lavadora e secadora dentro do apartamento. Recepção aberta até de noite. Recebem encomendas.Segurança faz ronda à noite.Não tem limpeza diária nem serviço de quarto nem café da manhã nem muitos turistas latinos. Ninguém entrando no apartamento todo dia, o que achei ótimo. Na alta temporada é ocupado por americanos de estados mais ao norte. Produtos de consumo como detergente, lenços e papel higiênico são fornecidos na recepção. Piscina aquecida.

Arrived and our room we thought we booked supposed to be near elevator since my wife had surgery on her foot recently. Ashley at the front desk found us an ADA room on the first level with a screened in patio. Everyone on the staff that we met were very friendly and always asked if they could do anything for us. The unit was missing a few amenities, but when we requested anything it was supplied quickly. Really enjoyed the patio and pool view. Resort was in a very convenient location near WDW and lots of restaurants.

Fantastic price amazing location massive rooms. Furniture severely outdated and damaged. Light fixtures cracked being held up by tv stand coffee pot is cracked all brought to managements attention. Biggest thing I look for when booking is a bar by the pool this has that only 4 days a week and it’s only open till 7 at night. All bottom shelf liquors management won’t let him order anything till old stock is sold. Gives a list of activities for the week that they offerbut they don’t do any of them so far. Construction is being done on a section of the property. Nature path closed along with game room. Simple employment and about a good couple of days and someone who knows how to use a hammer saw and some screws could fix the nature path In a couple of days.Will most likely book again because of the price and location and room size for our family of 5.

Great place to stay! Everyone has been so nice to us and will help you get a great vacation experience when you stay here! Literally the only thing that was or could be a problem,is that there is no elevator in the building, so we walked up three flights of stairs. Not a problem for me but maybe for someone else. The great people there carried my bags up the stairs for me!

This place was really a hidden gem for my girlfriend and I while staying in Orlando. The price was right and the apartment was great. Our place included a 2 bed 2 bath apartment with a fully functioning kitchen. It's really close to literally everything. If you have a rental car, pretty much every huge attraction at Orlando like Disney and Universal is less than 20min away. There's also some great restaurants around too. All in all it was great, no complaints.

I was an original owner from 1991. Had a fixed week which means you are stuck going the same time every year unless you temporarily exchange for another week. I did many times.That costs an exchange fee depending on what week you wanted. I gave the place back to Diamond for free after about 20+ years. Definitely not worth owning timeshares anymore when you can rent for less than the cost of the yearly Maint/tax/exchange fees. I still rent there whenever I do the Disney thing with family as it is conveniently located better than most places unless you are staying in the Disney compound itself. Parkway is still kept fairly well although it's not nearly as updated as it should be for something pushing 30 years old. The most annoying part, as some have mentioned, is that whenever you stay at a timeshare they are relentless in trying to sell you something. Even when I tell I am a previous owner and am way past the owning of a timeshare they still haunt you anyway. They should be happy that people are practically giving their units back for nothing and getting many rental customers. But have to say, it's still a little nostalgic and brings back memories every time I go. I do recommend it over staying at a cramped hotel room for the same price.
